Project was carried out under the direction of a team of researchers, comprising of Prof. Wolfgang Knoebl, Prof. Matthias Koenig, and Prof. Willfried Spohn; and included teams working on Austria, Germany, Britain, France, Turkey, Poland, Romania, and Greece, with researchers from University of Warsaw, University of Bucharest, and University of Zürich, and University of Göttingen. The Turkish team included Assist. Prof. Saime Özçürümez, Bilkent University and Assist. Prof. Çağla Diner, Kadir Has University.

Project funded by VolkswagenStiftung (Total Budget: 424,500 €; budget for Turkey 37,200 €). Project started in 2008 and completed in 2011.
